On my way to Cumberland this weekend, I spotted my favorite act of vandalism from the highway and had to pull off for a shot. Heres Ohio Central 4096 in Zanesville, now sporting its Conrail Quality logo on the engineers side thanks to (I believe) an opportunistic railfan with some white paint. And with the NS patch still on the side, this really threw me back to the patched Conrail units I grew up seeing.
